Owing to the made-up condemnation released by Optimen BVBA/Memory Corp., the most notorious company in Belgium, we, Micsys International Co. Ltd., austerely reiterate that the accusation posted by Optimen BVBA/Memory Corp is completely incongruous with the fact we met.  Please refer to the following content which is the previous email between Optimen BVBA/Memory Corp and Micsys International Co. Ltd. and is able to prove the fake accusation from Optimen BVBA/Memory Corp.

    Subject: payments

    Dear ,

I am sorry to tell you that the payments we have done to you have not yet gone out from our bank. We have for the moment a cash-flow problem and we are working very hard to solve it so we can pay you. I am going to pay you in smaller amounts but more often, I am sending you now USD 1000 which you will have on your account on Monday.

I am fully aware that we have this problem, and that this is our problem. I am trying to work my way out of it. I am sorry that I can not pay you as fast as I promised but at least I am paying and working on solutions instead of running away from the problem.

I will keep you updated every time I make a payment to you.

    With best regards
    John Rasmussen

Based on this last posting from MICSYS we have handed the case over to our lawyers who will make the correct actions towards a company who not only misuse this forum, but also take it so far that they create false email communication.

We have suggested MICSYS to deposit the outstanding amount on a secured account until they have accepted our return of defective products and solved their problems. As soon as we have received working products or credits for what is defective the remaining funds will be released to MICSYS.

It is incredible that a respectable company is acting like this, and they will now have to face the consequences by legal actions.

Optimem/MemoryCorp will have no further comments in this forum to these false accusations from MICSYS, we will let the legal system take care of this issue.

If anyone feel a need for direct comments, please contact us at email: int.sales@memorycorp.com

Let`s deal with this problem in a professional way. I suggest making a deposit of USD 10.000 on your account – we will then return the defective products and after we have received the goods back in good working order we will release the rest of the open amount.

    With best regards

Finally this starts to make sence, now we just need MICSYS Taiwan to issue an RMA number, as soon as we have that, we will do as we have promissed to do. And when MICSYS has made their credit for the returned goods, we will clean out whatever we may owe to them. This is how a respecfull company handle RMA cases. We are waiting to hear from MICSYS.
