Has DRAM-exchange considered tracking RFID. This is a growing industry with major global manufacturing capacity.

With RFID becoming more popular for tracking and object identification I think the number of units (silicon) shipped annually will increase, getting closer to DRAM, flash and CPU shipments.

It will take a few years to get into the 100 millions of units shipped annually but things are definitely hotting up.
