  • Defending the transaction safety - Announcement from MicSys Technology Co. Ltd

     04-21-2008, 3:16 PM

We, MicSys Technology Co. Ltd, stand out the following declarations:

    1. There are no any formal agreements between MicSys and Optimen/Memory Corp.
    2. MicSys intensely refutes the inappropriate wordings used by Optimen/Memory Corp on the website of DramExchange and in the emails sending to MicSys.  The following information is quoted from DramExchange website and the latest email sent by John Rasmussen:

    a) You accept that you have to provide RMA number as soon as you have the deposit - Source: Email sent by John Rasmussen on April 18, 2008 4:38 PM
    b) And when MICSYS has made their credit for the returned goods, we will clean out whatever we may owe to them.  - Source: Response posted by Optimen on April 18, 2008 3:47 PM

MicSys Technology Co. Ltd illustrates the following reiterations:

    1. MicSys accepts and copes with all RMA issues from all customers, when payment procedures are finalized by bilateral parties.  MicSys believes that this is the rule of thumb in the international trading business field.
    2. The aim of MicSys to stand out here is only for defense of other companies.  MicSys does not care about our loss, yet we do care about the JUSTICE.  This is the reason why we insist to combat against Optimen/Memory Corp.

In order to condemn the notorious company which lacks of credit and defense your business benefits, please do not cooperate with this Belgian company, Optimem BVBA.  If you would like to know more details about this company, please email to sales@micsys.com without hesitation.

Optimem will pay everything due to MICSYS when we have recieved the credit for defective non working products. In the meantime we will pay today USD 10.000 - and the rest USD 1481,00 we will hold back until we have received credit for the defective goods.

All we have been wanting MICSYS to do, is to provide a confirmation from MICSYS stating that they will accept a return of defective products against credit.

We have purchased for USD 26.891,00 from MICSYS in January 2008, out of these goods shipped a value of about 12.500USD turned out to be defective or not compatible.

We have asked MICSYS for an RMA so we can return these products for credit.

MICSYS has refused to give us an RMA number, why ?

Now Optimem show goodwill to close this case - we will all see if MICSYS finally will show willingness to take responsibility for the bad quality of products they think they without consequences can sent to the market and expect payment for.

Be careful when you buy from MICSYS, we advise you as buyer to:

    1. Get a small test shipment, make good test, and approve.

    2. Require in writing that next shipment has to be in same quality

    3. Test before you pay - never do prepayments to MICSYS.
