However, the trading volume is much dull relatively. In mainstream brands, the quotations of DDR3 256*8-1600/1333 are around USD1.03/USD1.04, for the price of DDR3 128*8/1333, it stays at USD0.72 and for DDR2 128M*8/800, the average price adjusts downward to USD1.29. Moreover, in eTT parts, the price of DDR3 256*8/1333 stands roughly at USD0.90, the average price of DDR3 128 *8/1333 is approximately at USD0.50, and for DDR2 128M*8/800, the quotation slowly drops to USD1.21.

For NAND Flash spot market, the buying momentum shows separate and buyers’ inquiries increase slightly. However, buyers’ willingness to purchase is still dull and the overall price trends weak eventually. There are only some transactions appear on 8G SLC and 32G MLC. For Memory Card, the supply volume for some parts of branded memory cards is insufficient and also affects some price of Micro SD 4G/8G/16G fluctuating slightly. However, the price negotiation is limited so that there is no obvious trading volume. For Hynix 1Gb / 2Gb / 4Gb(SLC) / 16Gb(MLC) / 32Gb(MLC) / 64Gb(MLC), the prices are around USD1.38~1.45/ 1.86~1.92/ 2.95~3.0/ 2.0~2.05/ 1.94~3.83/3.78~3.83.
