In DRAM spot market today, buyers actively inquired for DDR2 in the morning. Accordingly, both of market quotations and transaction prices also increased evidently. However, the demand was unable to extend since the afternoon and the market momentum weakened slowly. Finally, the overall price closed with only small uptrend. As for DDR1, the supply volume kept tight. The offering prices rose rapidly, especially for 64*8 eTT which price ascended approximately to 7%. In mainstream brands, the quotations of DDR3 128*8 1333 stayed at USD2.87, for the price of DDR2 128M*8 800MHz, it went upward to USD2.49, and for DDR1 64M*8 400, the price was around USD1.55. Moreover, in DDR2 eTT parts, the average price of 64M*8 was around USD1.16, and for 128M*8, the quotation adjusted upward to USD2.37.For NAND Flash spot market today, despite some buyers started to purchase goods at low prices, the transaction prices were still unable to be risen. Thus, the overall price continued to be in downtrend and the trading volume was dull. Moreover, the overall price continued to rise and the market trading volume also increased noticeably. As for DDR1, the demand enlarged recently, but the supply volume was insufficient in spot market. Therefore, the offering price rose sharply. In mainstream brands, the quotations of DDR3 128*8 1333 stayed at USD2.87, for the price of DDR2 128M*8 800MHz, it went upward to USD2.47, and for DDR1 64M*8 400, the price was around USD1.51. Moreover, in DDR2 eTT parts, the average price of 64M*8 was around USD1.15, and for 128M*8, the quotation climbed to USD2.35.

For NAND Flash spot market today, the weak demand remained in the continuous past days. Some suppliers plunged their prices in order to reduce the selling pressure.
