In today's DRAM spot market, there were still demand inquiries for DDR5 brand chips. Due to spot shortages, the supply side insisted on firm quotes and tended to hold back their stock from selling, and buyers' target prices rose limitedly, which led to final transaction activity being unsatisfactory. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 rises to USD 35.900 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 9.760. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 10.314, and as for DDR3 256x8-1600/1866 models, the average rises to USD 5.750. In the NAND Flash spot market, overall buying interest was weak, and buyers were not active in asking for prices. Sporadic inquiries were only seen for specified part numbers, but buyers' purchasing momentum was limited, resulting in poor overall transaction conditions. Trading remained sluggish.
