In today’s DRAM spot market, the buying momentum is still weak. Meanwhile, most buyers are passive in stocking up because they are expecting a significant downtrend in the future. To sum up, the downtrend of the overall chips price will keep enlarging since the selling pressure of the suppliers can’t be released. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1G*8) 2666 drops to USD 4.255 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 drops to USD 3.286. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 drops to USD 2.962 and as for DDR3 256*8 1600/1866 models, the average price drops to USD 2.713. The price of DDR3 128Mx81600/1866 drops to USD 1.600, as for the eTT, price of DDR3 512x8/1333, it drops to USD 1.610 and for DDR3 256Mx8/1333, it drops to USD 1.065.

 

As for the NAND Flash spot market, the buying momentum is stagnant. Meanwhile, the buyers are passive in purchasing, and there is huge selling pressure on suppliers. In the end, the overall chip price is weak, and the trading condition is not ideal. Samsung 1Gb / 2Gb / 4Gb(SLC) / 8Gb(SLC) / 16Gb(SLC) modules end at 1.70~2.05/ 1.20~1.30/ 1.98~2.10/ 4.10~4.20/ 10.30~11.00. As for SK Hynix 1Gb/ 2Gb / 4Gb(SLC) modules, the prices arrive at USD 0.80~1.50 / 1.08~1.45 / 1.90~2.10.
