In the DRAM spot market, momentum was quiet today as actual purchasing activity from buyers remained subtle. Although suppliers maintained a slightly upward trend in quotes, the final transaction outlook was unclear. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 rises to USD 32.300 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 7.480. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 8.775, and as for DDR3 256x8 1600/1866 models, the average rises to USD 5.350. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 drops to USD 5.271, the average price of DDR4 512x8 remains at USD 2.610, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it rises to USD 1.527.
In the NAND Flash spot market, eMMC momentum was lackluster. Although demand was released across all capacities, buyer bids were generally low. This lack of consensus on pricing between both sides resulted in limited transaction volumes. The average price of eMMC 4G rises to USD 18.243, the average price of eMMC 8G rises to USD 22.657, and the average price of eMMC 16G rises to USD 22.906, the average price of eMMC 32G rises to USD 29.424, and the average price of eMMC 64G rises to USD 31.208, the average price of eMMC 128G rises to USD 32.329.
