In today's DRAM spot market, momentum was relatively weak. Factories were conservative with inquiries for firm orders and showed limited purchasing willingness, leading to relatively low market transaction volumes, while overall price trends still edged slightly upward. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 rises to USD 33.800 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 8.880. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 9.275, and as for DDR3 256x8-1600/1866 models, the average stays at USD 5.475. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 stays at USD 4.854, the average price of DDR4 512x8 stays at USD 2.620, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it rises to USD 1.550.
