In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 rises to USD 34.100 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 9.040. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 9.400, and as for DDR3 256x8-1600/1866 models, the average stays at USD 5.475. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 rises to USD 4.861, the average price of DDR4 512x8 rises to USD 2.627, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it rises to USD 1.557.
In the NAND Flash spot market, market momentum continued to be insufficient. Supply-side quotes mostly stayed flat, and while only sporadic inquiries were released for certain capacities of eMMC, it still failed to significantly drive prices upward, which limited final transaction activity. Trading remained sluggish. The average price of eMMC 4G rises to USD 18.336, the average price of eMMC 8G rises to USD 23.257, and the average price of eMMC 16G rises to USD 23.472, the average price of eMMC 32G rises to USD 29.803, and the average price of eMMC 64G stays at USD 31.333, the average price of eMMC 128G stays at USD 32.386.
