In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 rises to USD 34.500 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 9.120. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 9.475, and as for DDR3 256x8-1600/1866 models, the average rises to USD 5.525. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 rises to USD 4.882, the average price of DDR4 512x8 rises to USD 2.630, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it rises to USD 1.560.
In the NAND Flash spot market, eMMC inquiries appeared intermittent. Buyers' target prices rose slightly, but suppliers tended to hold back their stock from selling, which limited final transaction activity. Trading remained sluggish.
