In today's DRAM spot market, the main inquiries were concentrated on DDR4 2Gx8-3200 brand chips. Low-priced parts saw apparent buying demand taking over, which drove spot quotes upward; however, buyers still maintained a cautious attitude, and the actual transaction volume was limited. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 drops to USD 35.900 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 10.140. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 10.671, and as for DDR3 256x8-1600/1866 models, the average rises to USD 5.900. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 drops to USD 4.643, the average price of DDR4 512x8 stays at USD 2.660, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it rises to USD 1.593.
In the NAND Flash spot market, eMMC market prices performed weakly, and overall buying interest appeared quiet. Both supply and demand sides adopted a conservative wait-and-see attitude, and while there were occasional sporadic inquiries for specified part numbers, actual transaction conditions were unsatisfactory. Trading remained sluggish. The average price of eMMC 4G drops to USD 18.286, the average price of eMMC 8G drops to USD 24.171, and the average price of eMMC 16G drops to USD 24.361, the average price of eMMC 32G stays at USD 29.970, and the average price of eMMC 64G stays at USD 31.367, the average price of eMMC 128G stays at USD 32.386.
