As for DDR2, despite the quotations slightly drop, the transaction status still shows much steadier. In mainstream brands, the quotation of DDR3 256*8/1333 keeps steadily at USD1.06, for the price of DDR3 128*8/1333, it stays at USD0.71 and for DDR2 128M*8/800, the average price is around USD1.36. Moreover, in eTT parts, the price of DDR3 256*8/1333 raises obviously to USD1.0, the average price of DDR3 128 *8/1333 is approximately at USD0.55, and for DDR2 128M*8/800, the quotation adjusts downward to USD1.26.

For NAND Flash spot market, the demand concentrates in 32G MLC parts, and the quotations also climbs obviously. Buyers slightly uplift their target prices, but are unwilling to keep purchasing for higher prices. The overall price fluctuates respectively and the trading volume is unable to be enlarged. As for Flash Card, buyers’ willing to purchase is still very slow. The overall price shows flat with limited trading volume.
