In today's DRAM spot market, the overall spot market atmosphere was quiet. Factory inquiries were mainly for price discovery, with insufficient actual demand released, while market quotes still edged slightly upward. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 rises to USD 32.900 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 8.420. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 9.088, and as for DDR3 256x8-1600/1866 models, the average stays at USD 5.450. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 stays at USD 4.864, the average price of DDR4 512x8 rises to USD 2.620, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it rises to USD 1.543. In the NAND Flash spot market, eMMC market performance was intermittent. Prices did not fluctuate significantly, and while there were some inquiries released for low-priced parts, suppliers maintained a firm attitude, which limited final transaction activity. Trading remained sluggish. The average price of eMMC 4G stays at USD 18.314, the average price of eMMC 8G rises to USD 22.929, and the average price of eMMC 16G rises to USD 23.272, the average price of eMMC 32G rises to USD 29.727, and the average price of eMMC 64G stays at USD 31.358, the average price of eMMC 128G stays at USD 32.386.
