In the DRAM spot market today, momentum was intermittent. While visible buying interest remained for DDR4 256x16 and 512x16, suppliers continuously raised their quotes. Transactions were primarily finalized at lower price points, preventing overall trading volumes from expanding. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 drops to USD 32.200 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 7.680. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 8.950, and as for DDR3 256x8 1600/1866 models, the average remains at USD 5.375. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 drops to USD 5.093, the average price of DDR4 512x8 remains at USD 2.610, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it rises to USD 1.530.

In the NAND Flash spot market, the atmosphere remained quiet as buyers maintained a wait-and-see attitude with no significant inquiries released. Although eMMC quotes remained stable to slightly higher, the market lacked the support of firm orders, leaving overall transaction activity depressed. The average price of eMMC 4G remains at USD 18.314, the average price of eMMC 8G rises to USD 22.800, and the average price of eMMC 16G rises to USD 22.009, the average price of eMMC 32G rises to USD 29.545, and the average price of eMMC 64G remains at USD 31.333, the average price of eMMC 128G remains at USD 32.386.
