In today's DRAM spot market, overall chip prices continued to edge slightly upward. Although there were sporadic and small-volume inquiries, buyers' purchasing momentum toward high-priced levels was relatively insufficient, which led to final transaction activity being quiet. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 stays at USD 35.800 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 10.420. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 10.857, and as for DDR3 256x8-1600/1866 models, the average rises to USD 6.000.
